JOB DETAILS:
-Practice Setting: Free-Standing Cancer Center
-Reason for Coverage: Loss of provider
-Call Schedule: No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks
-Call Ratio: No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks
-Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Geriatric
-What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology %, Oncology %, Internal Medicine %: 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology, 0% internal medicine
-Number of Physicians in Practice: 7
-How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 6
-Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 25
-Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 20
-Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting
-Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): N/A
-Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

-Required Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
-Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse Oncologist

**Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days

-Facility reimbursement for the following costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate

Requirements
-Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology - [REQUIRED]
-Active SC license - [REQUIRED]
-BLS & DEA - [REQUIRED]
-Clean background required for Emergency temps - [REQUIRED]
