Location: Plant City, FL

Start: July

13-week assignment with the option to extend

• Schedule Details: Dates needed: July 2, 3,5,6,17,18,23,
August 15, 16,24,25,29
September ,8,9,13,16,24,
24 hour shifts ; 9a-9a

Work Details:
• Practice Setting: hospital; inpatient only
• EMR/Charting Software: Cerner
• Avg. Daily Census: 0-5;very low volume.
• Department description: Very low volume NICU. Average 1 delivery a day, No high risk babies. May have babies with blood sugar issues upon delivery or have no less than 35 week old baby deliveries.

Requirements:
• Board Certifications: (required) Neonatology
• State License(s): FL
• Certifications: NRP, PALS
• DEA Req’d?: yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
