Job description

This facility is seeking a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.



Details and requirements for this opportunity:



Schedule: Variable times; days or nights, 24-hour shifts (7 am - 7 am, 7 pm - 7 pm).
Practice Setting: Inpatient.
Type of cases and required procedures: Patients in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit; attending Cesarean Sections and High-Risk Deliveries. Must be comfortable with Chest Tube Insertion, Central Lines, Intubations. The provider will not do Circumcisions.
Credentialing timeframe: 31-60 days.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC.
Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA), Neonatal Resuscitation Certification, and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Certificate.
