👶 Neonatology NP/PA Needed in Ohio 🏥

📍 Location: Ohio
📅 Start Date: October 2026
🕒 Shift Description: Full-time coverage with rotating day/night 12-hour shifts. Must have at least 1 year of Neonatology experience, delivery room experience, and be proficient with intubations, umbilical lines, and thoracentesis. Lumbar puncture experience is preferred. PA's with Neonatology experience will also be considered.
🗓 Shift Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week with a 50/50 day/night rotation. Up to a 12-month assignment supporting a Level III NICU expansion planned for April 2027.
🏥 Practice Setting: Level III NICU at a high-delivery hospital. 48-bed unit with an average patient load of 12–15 patients per shift.
🪪 Providers with RN Compact licensure are encouraged to apply, and the client is willing to assist with Ohio licensure.
