📋 Contract Details
🔹 Assignment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: October 12, 2026
🔹 Assignment Length: Up to 12 months
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts only – No call
🔹 Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week
🔹 Rotating schedule with approximately 50% days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) and 50% nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
🔹 Full-time coverage required
🔹 Travel and lodging provided for eligible assignments
🔹 Credentialing: Approximately 90 days with dual privileging

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
🔹 High-volume delivery hospital
🔹 Manage approximately 12–15 patients per shift
🔹 Work alongside in-house neonatology attendings and residents
🔹 No surgery or transport responsibilities
🔹 Required procedures include neonatal intubation, umbilical line placement, and thoracentesis
🔹 Lumbar puncture experience preferred

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
🔹 Physician Assistants with Neonatology experience will also be considered
🔹 Minimum of 1 year of Neonatology experience required
🔹 Active DEA required
🔹 Ohio license or eligibility for licensure required
🔹 RN Compact licensure candidates will be considered for licensing
