Location: Centralia

Start: April

13-week assignment with the option to extend

Schedule: Hours will be Monday-Friday 8-5 inpatient, no call, starting as a 3 month contract.

· Patient population/age:
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 3
· EMR: Epic

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or Compact
· Certifications required: NRP

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days
