Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Schedule: Shift times Mon. to Fri. are 4p-8a in house and Sat. and Sun 2p-8a in house

Trauma Level: 2
No transport component. No surgical component.
Practice Setting:
Inpatient
Certifications required: NRP

Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
Active AZ License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
