Facility:
This medical center features a comprehensive NICU with 26 beds and maintains a Newborn Nursery with an average daily census of 10-15 patients. The facility provides Level III coverage and is equipped to handle critical neonatal care with transport capabilities and delivery attendance requirements.

Opportunity:
Locums Neonatology Nurse Practitioner coverage

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour shifts from 8a-8a, including weekends
• Provide Level III NICU coverage with critical care expertise
• Manage 7-10 NICU patients per shift with nursery census varying
• Must be proficient in all critical care skills
• Participate in some patient transport services
• Attend deliveries as required
• Work in 26-bed NICU with Newborn Nursery ADC of 10-15
• Must hold active Arkansas license (IMLC not accepted)

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
