Neonate NP needed in California

Night Coverage - NRP certified
Contract Length: 3-month contract
Shift Details: 4-6 shifts per month
Schedule: Nights, 5:30p-6:00a
Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: full time, 3x12 per week
· Patient population/age: Neonates
· Department description: the NNP will not be caring for ECMO pts but must have all other NICU procedures for credentialing. Level IV NICU intensive care unit. Care for extremely low birth weight infants, infants with birth trauma, asphyxia and infants with urgent surgical need.
· EMR: Epic EMR
· Special procedures: Neonatal resuscitation, intubation, surfactant administration, line placement – UAC, UVC, PAL, PICC placement, Needle thoracentesis, chest tuber insertion, lumbar puncture, exchange transfusion.
