We are seeking a Neonatology NP for an ongoing assignment in Madera, California.

Start Date: August 2026
Schedule: Mix of 12‑hour day and 16‑hour night shifts across Level III and Level IV NICUs
Practice Setting: Hospital
Assignment Details:
• Coverage across two NICU locations (Level III and Level IV)
• 18 shifts per month across sites (accepting multiple part-time providers)
• High-acuity neonatal care including micro-preemies
• Must provide independent care and perform advanced procedures
• EMR: Epic
• Quick interview process with NICU leadership
License: Active California License Required
Requirements:
• NP only (no PAs)
• Minimum 1 year high-acuity Level III NICU experience (Level IV preferred)
• Must be comfortable with intubations, chest tubes, and umbilical line placement
• Must reside outside a 100-mile radius
• Name clear required (name and NPI)
• Required submission responses:
• Level III NICU experience
• Delivery room experience
• Experience with micro-preemies (<28 weeks)
• Intubation experience (last 6 months)
• Chest tube/needle certification and recency
• Umbilical line placement experience (last 6 months)
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
