Facility:
This healthcare network provides comprehensive neonatal care services across four hospitals within two major health systems in Jacksonville. The facility features Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries with strong clinical support, state-of-the-art equipment, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment focused on delivering exceptional neonatal care.

Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology

Job Details:
• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries
• Full-time NNP role with 16 24-hour shifts for optimal work-life balance
• Attend deliveries with no transport responsibilities required
• Deliver care across four hospitals within St. Vincent's Health System and HCA Hospitals
• Work with a multidisciplinary team including 6 Neonatologists, 1 Pediatrician, and 16 Advanced Practice Providers
• Function with high level of autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and on-call backup
• Participate in team-oriented, collegial environment
• Permanent position requiring local residency (relocation assistance available)
• APRN National Certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner required
• Master's degree and minimum 1 year NNP experience required
• Florida APRN License required (or willingness to obtain)
• Clean malpractice/license history preferred
• DEA license must be obtained prior to start
• Not accepting locums, fresh graduates, or visa candidates
