Opportunity Overview:

Seeking an experienced NNP looking for a permanent position in a coastal Florida community. This role handles an average daily census of 19 in a 28-bed Level III NICU.

Candidate Highlights & Sourcing Criteria:

Credentials: MSN/DNP + Active NNP-BC + Active FL APRN License (or fast-track status).

Clinical Requirements: Must have post-licensure NNP experience handling Level III NICU care, high-risk deliveries, and acute procedures.

Shift Model: 24-hour shifts with full subspecialty and physician back-up support.

Relocation: Full permanent relocation required (not open to locum/travel arrangements).

Clearance: Requires clean malpractice history, recent NPDB self-query (within 30 days), and active DEA.
