POSITION DETAILS
Provide advanced neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
Manage critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity setting
Provide patient-centered neonatal care
Participate in multidisciplinary care planning
Collaborate with 9 neonatologists and 8 full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
Work alongside pediatric subspecialists across multiple disciplines
Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
Participate in an academic environment with resident rotations through the NICU
Contribute to family-centered neonatal care initiatives
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical excellence initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Current national APRN specialty certification
Minimum Master's degree in Nursing
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner specialty certification
Neonatology training/fellowship required
Neonatology experience required
Georgia medical license or willingness to obtain
DEA license required prior to start
Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
Current NPDB Self-Query Report issued within 30 days required at presentation
Visa sponsorship requirements must be disclosed
