Newborn Nursery: 20 Beds
Schedule: 16- and 24-Hour Shifts
POSITION DETAILS
Provide advanced neonatal care in a 10-bed Level III NICU
Manage high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
Provide NNP coverage for a 20-bed newborn nursery
Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary hospital teams
Perform neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge
Work within a newly renovated hospital environment
Provide high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care
Community-focused health system serving approximately 1,000 births annually
SCHEDULE
Structured rotation of 16-hour and 24-hour shifts
Weekend requirements not specifically stated

QUALIFICATIONS
Current national APRN specialty certification
Master's degree in Nursing
Neonatology training/fellowship required
Georgia medical license or willingness to obtain
Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
DEA license required prior to start
Current NPDB Self-Query Report issued within 30 days required at presentation
Visa sponsorship requirements must be disclosed
