Locums – Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) 📍 Nebraska(will license) | 🕒 ASAP Start | 📅 6–12 Month Contract

Job description

We’re seeking an experienced NNP-BC to join a high-volume NICU team in a Level II Trauma hospital. This is a 6–12 month locums opportunity with 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a). Providers will manage 8–12 patients on days and 14–20 on nights in a Level III/IV NICU setting. Candidates should have strong delivery and transport experience (intra-departmental only).

Requirements:

Active NE license (or willing to obtain – client will license)

NNP-BC, PALS, and NRP (NRP required at start & must be maintained)

DEA required but not needed to start

Credentialing takes 45–60 days (paperwork submission is time-sensitive)

Must provide proof of privileged procedures

• Level III or IV NICU experience required
• Busy Level II Trauma hospital – high acuity, growing census
• Willing to License
