Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our growing practice at Lovelace Medical Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Become part of a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care.

Opportunity Highlights
• Level III NICU
• 30-bed unit (NICU only, no nursery)
• Average daily census of ~15 patients
• In-house NNPs with out-of-house neonatologists
• Collaborative, team-based care model
• Opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with neonatologists, residents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in high-risk delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation
• Communicate effectively with families regarding care plans and progress
• Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care

Ideal Candidate
• Graduate of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program
• Board-Certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
• Strong clinical expertise in Level III NICU care
• Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
