Inpatient newborn call coverage

Job Details

Provide 24-hour coverage for newborn call, including resuscitation and response to OB provider requests

Attend deliveries, perform rounds/consults, and handle phone consults as needed

Procedures Required: Circumcision, Newborn Resuscitation (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Practice Setting: RN-staffed inpatient newborn unit

EMR: Cerner

Requirements

License: Active North Carolina license and NC DEA required (no exceptions)

Board Certification: Required

Certifications: NRP & PALS required

Experience: Must have experience in newborn resuscitation, circumcision, and inpatient neonatal care
