Neonatology Nurse Practitioner Needed in Ohio with Aya Locums!

• Start Date: October 2026 or as soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: 6 months with option for extension
• Schedule: Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts. Part-time (6–8 shifts/month) will be considered. Primarily 7:00a–7:30p and 7:00p–7:30a, with occasional off-shifts (11:00a–11:00p or 3:00p–3:00a). Coverage will be approximately 50/50 days and nights.
• Level III NICU at a high-delivery hospital
• Minimum of 1 year of Neonatology APP experience required
• Required procedures: Intubation, umbilical lines, thoracentesis, arterial sticks
• Lumbar punctures preferred
• Chest tubes preferred but not required
• PICC lines not required
• 19-bed unit with average daily census of 13 and approximately 3,000 deliveries annually
• Dedicated NICU charge nurse, NICU-trained respiratory therapists, dietitian, occupational therapist, social worker, case manager/discharge coordinator, remote NICU pharmacy coverage, and physician support
• DEA required
• Ohio License Required (We can help license you)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
