Locums - Pediatric Hospitalist - Toldeo, OH

Job description

Specialty: Pediatric Hospitalist - APP - **Must be Peds Acute Care NP, or PA**

Dates: ASAP start (as soon as credentialed) - 2-4 months (with the option to extend)

Schedule: 5 days per week, 12 hours per day. Will consider 2 providers that can split the schedule as long as they have coverage for the days/hours required
Hours: 6a-6p, Mon-Fri, no call

Details:
Provider will attend services primarily of peds pulm, peds neuro focus. (asthma, exacerbations, some CF, pneumonia, seizure disorder, some trauma (surgery takes care of them, but the medical consult is done by the hospitalist team),
This is coverage for admitted inpatient general pediatrics floor coverage – not the newborn nursery
- Circumcisions are not required.
- No NICU/PICU expectations (those are separate units)
- Will not be covering newborn nursery or deliveries
Average Daily Census: 15+
