Locum Tenens Opportunity: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
Location: Ontario, OR
Setting: Level II NICU
Duration: Starting July 16, 2026 (Short-term with extension potential)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to provide locum coverage for a Level II NICU in a regional medical hub. This role is ideal for a provider who excels in a 24-hour call environment and is comfortable managing high-risk deliveries and neonatal procedures.

Clinical Responsibilities
Direct Care: Manage admissions, daily rounding, and discharges for the Level II NICU.

High-Risk Support: Provide essential coverage for high-risk deliveries.

Procedures: Must be proficient in intubation and UVC line placement.

System: Documentation via EPIC EMR.

Schedule & Availability
Initial Block (Required): July 16 (8:00 AM) – July 19 (8:00 AM).

Extended Block (Optional): July 19 (8:00 AM) – July 24 (8:00 AM) for qualified candidates.

Structure: 24-hour call and rounding. Flexibility in scheduling is highly valued.

Credentialing: 90-day timeframe for completion.

Requirements
Certification: Must be NCC Certified.

Experience: Proven clinical competency in a Level II NICU environment.

Licensure: Active Oregon license (or ability to obtain).
