Shift Details: 24/7 coverage model

Work Details:
• Support staff: Collaborative physician-APP practice model. Multidisciplinary bedside rounds include pharmacy, dietary, MD, NNP, and RNs, with additional disciplines involved depending on patient needs.
• Patient population/age: Neonatal/newborn population; approximately 65% Level II newborns, 30% Level III newborns, and 5% other neonatal populations.
• Hospital bed size: NICU has 25 beds with maximum capacity for 32 babies.
• Special procedures: Neonatal transport; full-spectrum newborn care oversight.
• Skills required: Level II and Level III neonatal care; ability to work within a collaborative physician/APP and interdisciplinary NICU model.
