Locums-to-Perm Neonatal NP Needed in Medford, Oregon

Job description

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Temp-to-perm only
Schedule: 24/7 coverage model.

• Level III NICU caring for approximately 350 babies annually
• Patient mix is approximately 65% Level II and 30% Level III newborns
• 25-bed NICU with capacity for up to 32 babies
• Dedicated neonatal transport program supporting 9 referring hospitals
• Collaborative physician/APP model with multidisciplinary bedside rounds
• Full-spectrum newborn care across a regional health system
• Partnership with a major academic medical center

Provider must be genuinely interested in transitioning to a permanent position — locums-only candidates cannot be considered.
