Neonatology NP Opportunities – Lubbock, TX
🏥 Setting: Inpatient Neonatology
👶 Patient Volume: Approximately 35 patients per shift
🏥 Department: 52 beds
💻 EMR: Epic

Opportunity 1: Weekend In-House Call
📅 Start Date: January 4, 2027
📋 Duration: Through January 1, 2028
⏰ Schedule: 24-hour in-house call, 8 AM–8 AM
🗓️ Coverage: 1–2 weekends per month

Opportunity 2: Daytime Coverage
📅 Start Date: January 1, 2027
📋 Duration: Through November 1, 2027
⏰ Schedule: 8 AM–4 PM, Monday–Sunday
🗓️ Coverage: 1 week per month
📞 Call: None
Requirements
Board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
Active Texas NP license (will help license!)
Active DEA
BLS and PALS certifications
NRP certification additionally required for weekend call coverage
Inpatient neonatology experience
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days.
