SCHEDULE • Coverage Type: Inpatient • Schedule Type: Call only • Call Type: 24-Hour In-House Call • Schedule (per week): Weekend coverage only, 1-2 weekends per month • Dates of Need: January start - ongoing, looking for 1-year commitment. • Shift Times: 8am - 8am • Lunch N/A • Provider Min # Shifts Required: 1-2 weekends per month per month • Guaranteed Hours per Day: 0 • Hours Worked for OT to apply: 0 Per Day • Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: 24 Hour In-House: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday

CREDENTIALING • Current CV Must be uploaded to bid • License: Active or IMLC • DEA Required: Yes • Boards: Board Certified • Skills/Certs: BLS, NRP, PALS

ADDITIONAL DETAILS Looking for 1-2 providers who can cover 1-2 weekends per month for 24-hour In-House call coverage. PLEASE NOTE: This is a Level IV NICU Preferred experience in lumbar punctures, arterial line procedures, central line procedures, chest tube procedures, airway management/intubation procedures. CV surgery cases are referred out for intervention.
