Aya Locums is looking for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to fill a flexible, high-impact role. This opportunity offers strong support, manageable volumes, and a great team environment just south of Washington, D.C.

Location: Woodbridge, VA
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Units Covered: Level II NICU + Level II Nursery (Level II experience required)

Details:
No call required
16-hour night shifts
Neonatologist backup from home
Strong team support: 2 neonatologists on days, 3 NNPs on nights
Start Date: July 2026

Patient Volume:
Nursery: 8–10 patients daily
Level II NICU: 2–4 patients daily

Responsibilities:
Provide coverage for Level II NICU and nursery
Attend deliveries

Travel expenses covered
Supportive, team-based environment
Must be licensed in VA
