👶 NICU NP Opportunity in Charlottesville, VA

Job description

Schedule:
3–5 shifts/month
12-hour shifts
Must be willing to rotate days, nights, and weekends
Primarily night shifts needed

Assignment Details:
Level IV NICU
64-bed unit
8 patients/day on day shift
20–30 patients/night on night shift
High-risk delivery coverage required
Independent/autonomous practice expected
Procedures include intubations, line placement, lumbar punctures, ventilator management, PICCs, UAC/UVCs, and ECMO support

Requirements:
Active VA license might be willing to wait for license, VA licensing currently taking ~8 weeks)
2+ years NICU experience
Level IV NICU experience required

Credentialing: 45–60 days
