Neonatal NP/PA Needed in Virginia

Start Date: November 30, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks with option to extend
Schedule: 5x12-hour shifts per month. Must rotate days, nights, and weekends; primary need is night shift coverage. Part-time/PRN.

• 64-bed Level IV NICU caring for mixed-acuity neonatal patients
• High-risk delivery experience required
• Procedures include intubation, line placement, lumbar puncture, ventilator management, PICC, UAC, and UVC
• ECMO patients supported by Fellows
• Must have Level IV NICU experience within the past year and be comfortable practicing independently/autonomously
• Epic EMR

Virginia License Required by Start Date (We can help license you!)

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 45–60 days; Virginia licensing is currently taking approximately 8 weeks
