Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our growing practice at MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Become part of a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care.

Opportunity Highlights
• Level III NICU
• 15-bed unit
• 90–110 deliveries per month
• 2-physician care model
• In-house NNP coverage

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation as needed
• Communicate effectively with families regarding care plans and progress
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment

Ideal Candidate
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for working with newborns and supporting families
• Board-Certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based medicine
