Specialty: Neonatology Physician
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: ongoing
Shift Details: 24hrs on call (rounds in morning)
Schedule: 7on/7off

Work Details:
· Support Staff: nurses
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week per month minimum
· Department Description: Level III-A NICU
· EMR: Cerner
· Hospital Bed size: 18 NICU beds
· Special Procedures:
· Skills Required:
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE in Neonatology
· License Required: AZ license required
· DEA: required
· Certifications Preferred:
· Certifications Required: BLS, PALS
· Minimum Experience Required: 1+ year

• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week per month minimum
• Department Description: Level III-A NICU
• BC or BE in Neonatology
