Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Neonatologist to join our growing practice at Piedmont Macon Medical Center in Macon, Georgia. Become part of a collaborative team dedicated to

Our physicians work closely with hospital staff and specialists to provide a patient-centered approach focused on the health and well-being of newborns and their families. Opportunity Highlights
• Level III NICU with strong clinical support
• Approximately 1,000 deliveries annually
• Average daily census of 4–6 patients
• Collaborative 2-physician care model
• Established Women’s & Children’s services program with more than 30 years of experience

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns in a Level III NICU, including premature and critically ill infants
• Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as indicated
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of neonatal conditions
• Perform neonatal procedures within scope of practice
• Collaborate with pediatricians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Strong clinical expertise in NICU care
• Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Dedication to high-quality, evidence-based medicine
