This facility is a state-of-the-art medical center featuring a 16-bed Level III NICU that supports over 1,100 annual deliveries. The hospital provides a collaborative environment with 371 faculty physicians, 410 private practice physicians, and 39 specialty associates, ensuring comprehensive patient care and professional development opportunities.

Opportunity:
Physician - Neonatology

Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 16-bed Level III NICU
• Manage an average daily census of 7-8 NICU patients
• Deliver specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns
• Attend and manage high-risk deliveries
• Provide care for healthy newborns in the newborn nursery
• Collaborate closely with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in continuous 24/7 onsite NEOS coverage
• Support over 1,100 annual deliveries with evidence-based, family-centered care
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Leadership opportunities available for qualified candidates
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Georgia Medical License required (or willingness to obtain)
• Neonatology training/fellowship required with clean malpractice/license history
• DEA registration must be obtained prior to start
• Permanent, full-time position requiring local residency
• Not accepting locums or visa candidates
