📅 Start Date: As soon as credentialed
🌙 Schedule: 16-hour night shifts
🏥 Setting: Level II NICU & Level II Nursery

🏥 Clinical Details
• Nursery Census: 8–10 patients
• Level II NICU Census: 2–4 patients

👥 Support Model
• Neonatologist backup from home overnight
• 2 Neonatologists onsite during the day & 3 NNPs covering nights

🩺 Requirements
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Experience with Level II NICU required
• Virginia License

💰 Compensation & Coverage
