This facility is a well-established hospital in the Ascension healthcare network, offering a collaborative neonatology program supported by dedicated NICU staff and a neonatal transport team. The unit features a 15-bed Level III NICU with advanced clinical services including iNO, HFOV, whole body cooling, and teleneurology, along with a monthly high-risk infant follow-up clinic supported by MFM collaboration.

Physician - Neonatology

Job Details:

• Join a collegial, four-physician neonatology group in a permanent, full-time capacity
• Work within a 15-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 6
• Support a newborn nursery with an average daily census of 5
• Provide NICU services including iNO, HFOV, whole body cooling, and teleneurology
• Collaborate with a dedicated NICU staff and neonatal transport team
• Participate in a monthly high-risk infant follow-up clinic with MFM collaboration
• Flexible scheduling with full-time position consisting of eight 24-hour in-house shifts per month
• Opportunities available for clinical research, quality improvement, and national collaboration
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Wisconsin Medical License required or willingness to obtain
• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
• Experienced neonatology candidates only
• DEA must be obtained prior to start
• This is a permanent, full-time position requiring residency within the immediate local area; relocation may be required
