## 📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide professional nursing care for patients receiving hemodialysis treatments.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
* Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
* Operate and monitor **Fresenius 2008T** dialysis equipment.
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
* Educate patients and families regarding dialysis treatments and ongoing care.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
* Promote patient safety and quality outcomes while adhering to organizational policies and professional nursing standards.
* Float between assigned hospital campuses as operational needs require.

## 🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):

* Minimum **2 years of current Hemodialysis RN experience**.
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
* Active Iowa RN License in good standing.
* Current BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross).
* ACLS Certification preferred.
* Valid Driver's License.
* Must be willing to float between assigned hospital campuses.
* Must specify the number of shifts available to work each month.

* Current Resume with facility details, bed size, trauma level, and units worked.
* Dialysis Skills Checklist.
* Active Iowa RN License Verification.
* Current BLS Certification.
* Driver's License.
