We are seeking a Nephrology Physician Assistant (PA) to join a multispecialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This role focuses on evaluating and managing patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and other renal disorders in a collaborative outpatient setting.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct patient evaluations, histories, and renal assessments
✔️ Diagnose and manage chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and electrolyte disorders
✔️ Order and interpret labs including creatinine, BUN, GFR, and urinalysis
✔️ Prescribe medications and adjust treatment plans
✔️ Educate patients on kidney disease management and dietary modifications
✔️ Coordinate care with nephrologists, dialysis centers, and transplant teams
✔️ Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
