Coverage Type: Call Only
Schedule: Need for 24 hour call Nephrology coverage for the following dates. We are ideally seeking one provider to cover all of these dates. Please list provider's specific availability in the presentation for consideration.
• September 19 – 26
• October 3 – October 10
• November 21 – November 28
• December 19 – December 26
• December 26 - January 2
Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 10-20
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Mangement of dialysis patients, Hemo, CRRT, Peritoneal
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active MT License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
