We are seeking a Nephrology MD/DO for an ongoing assignment in Missoula, Montana.

Start Date: December 2026
Contract Length: January 2027
Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Assignment Details:
• Call-only inpatient nephrology coverage
• Manage dialysis patients (hemodialysis, CRRT, peritoneal dialysis)
• Patient volume: 10–20 per shift
• Trauma Level II facility
• Epic EMR
License: Active Montana License Required (IMLC accepted)
Requirements:
• Board Certified only
• DEA required
• Nephrology fellowship preferred
• Must be comfortable with full spectrum inpatient nephrology
Credentialing: Approximately 60–90 days
