Credentialed for 2 hospitals

The neurology service provides comprehensive inpatient coverage across:

Neuro ICU
Emergency Department
Medical/Surgical Floors
Stroke Program
Seizure Management
EEG Interpretation


vailable Coverage Dates:

July 21 (7:00 AM) – July 23 (7:00 AM)
August 4 (7:00 AM) – August 11 (7:00 AM)
September 1 (7:00 AM) – September 3 (7:00 AM)

Schedule Structure:

7:00 AM – 7:00 PM onsite
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM call
Overnight call volume is generally low due to dedicated telestroke coverage
Responsibilities
Inpatient neurology consultations
Acute stroke management
Seizure evaluation and treatment
EEG interpretation and reads
Neuro ICU support
APP collaboration and supervision
Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurology
Active South Carolina license required
BLS certification required
Comfortable reading EEGs
Must remain local while on call in accordance with hospital bylaws
