Pediatric Neurosurgery APP Needed in Boston, MA

Start: May

13 week assignment

• Coverage Type: ambulatory clinic
• Schedule Details: 5x 8hr shifts, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. (there is some flexibility based on clinic schedule)

Work Details:
• EMR/Charting Software: epic
• Avg. Daily Census: varies
• Patient Age Group: peds
• Procedures: Typical Day: See follow up peds patients that underwent neurosurgical procedures and new patients in the head shape clinic. Locum will manage in-basket messages and answering patient/family questions and returning phone calls as issues arise. Will manage inbasket questions, answering patients requests, refilling Rx, returning phone calls. Assisting on clinic day – seeing patients in tandem and/or independently for f/u visits depending on skill level.

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d in pediatrics with experience in neurosurgery
• State License(s): MA
• Certifications: BLS
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1 year minimum Pedatric APP with Neurosurgery experience

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
