Neurosurgery APP – Pediatric | Boston, MA

Assignment Details

* Start Date: January 4, 2027
* Assignment Length: 13 weeks
* Facility Type: Hospital
* Patient Population: Pediatric
* EMR: Epic
* Credentialing: Approximately 90 days

Schedule

* 3 × 13-hour shifts per week
* 6:00 AM–7:00 PM
* No nights
* No holidays
* Full-time preferred
* Will consider providers available a minimum of 2 weeks per month

Clinical Responsibilities

* Inpatient pediatric neurosurgery
* Round with residents and establish the daily plan of care
* Review and enter orders
* Evaluate patients who need to be seen
* Manage patient care, orders, and discharges
* Patient-care role only; APPs do not participate in the OR
* Resident program assists with OR coverage
* Ability to remove Hemovac and JP drains preferred

Requirements

* Board Certified in Neurosurgery
* Minimum 1 year of neurosurgery experience
* Active Massachusetts license required
* Client is not willing to license
* Strong pediatric neurosurgery experience preferred
