Neurosurgery APP Needed in Denver, CO

Job description

I have a client in Denver, CO who's seeking an experienced Neurosurgery APP for locum coverage. Here are the job details.

Start Date: March

Contract Length: 6 months

Shift Details: 3 shifts per week; rotating days/nights and weekends. Nights only can be considered, but not just days.

Schedule: 5:30a-6p or 5:30p-6a

Work Details:
• Support staff: nurses, CNAs, physicians, etc
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 12 shifts per month (3 per week)
• Patients per day: 10
• Patient population/age: adult
• Department description: inpatient only; no clinic or surgery coverage
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: 555
• Special procedures: EVD
• Skills required: EVD

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• State license required: Yes
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Certifications preferred:
• Certifications required: ACLS, board certification
• Minimum experience required: 2 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days from app being submitted
