Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 5 x 8
EMR: epic
Special procedures: N/A – APP may be utilized for lumbar punctures if highly experienced

CA License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
