🧠 Spine Surgery/Neurosurgery APP – San Francisco, CA

Job description

Schedule:
ASAP start - July 6 or later
25-week assignment
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
No weekends or holidays
Full-time

Assignment Details:
Outpatient neuro-spine clinic
20–26 patients/day
Adult population
No OR or inpatient responsibilities
Post-op visits, follow-ups, triage calls, imaging + medication orders
Procedures include staple/drain removal and wound care
Possible injections if experienced (trigger point, hip, knee)
Support: 7 APPs, surgeons, physiatrists, MAs, patient navigators
EMR: Epic

Requirements:
CA NP license required (open to PA licensing)
DEA with Schedule II required
2–3 years spine experience required (ortho spine, neuro spine, pain management, or neurosurgery with spine focus)
Academic medical center experience strongly preferred

Credentialing: ~60 days
