This is Dominique Hodges with Aya Locums. I am representing a hospital in San Francisco, CA that needs Neurosurgery NP/PA coverage. Assignment Details:
• Start Date: July 2026
• Contract Length: 26 weeks (option to extend and locums-to-perm available)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
• Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient hospital neurosurgery service
• Case Mix: Adult neurosurgery patients including post-op management, neuro ICU, brain tumors, meningioma, imaging/case management, and high-acuity transfers; pulling drains preferred
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• State License: California (required) with CA DEA Schedule II
• Certifications: BLS
• If NP: ACNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, ACNPC-AG, ACNPC required
• If PA: must have a master’s degree in physician assistant studies
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Must have at least 1-2 years working in neurosurgery or complex surgical floors
