End Date: Ongoing

Schedule: Mon-Thu 7:00am-5:00pm, occasional weekend call coverage on Saturday and Sunday, 12 hours 7a-7p on requested days.

· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 3
· EMR: Epic
· Bed in department: 12
· Skills required: BLS, ACLS

Practice Setting
• Inpatient

Requirements
· Board Certification: Certified
· License required: Active WA or RN compact
· DEA: Required
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days
