The center offers both inpatient and outpatient services, featuring a dedicated neurosurgery clinic and strong support for locum providers.

Job Details:

• Seeking a NP or PA with experience in Neurosurgery to provide coverage 2-3 weeks per month
• Coverage weeks may vary depending upon current employed NP and PA scheduling needs
• Provide inpatient rounding at the affiliated hospital with variable patient volumes
• Provide clinic coverage with scheduled patients at the Spine and Neurosciences Neurosurgery Clinic located on the 3rd floor of the hospital
• Clinic scheduled patients can range from 8-10 daily
• Clinic scheduling is flexible with either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days weekly
• Patient encounters per shift are varied
• BLS certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days
• Nearest airport is Central WI Airport (CWA)
• Lodging available at the Hilton Garden Inn - Wausau
• Assignment type is Locum Tenens, ASAP start with ongoing need
