📍 Level 1 Trauma Center | Bay Area
🕒 Schedule: 4x10s weekly (7a–5p)
⚠️ Shifts may extend depending on cases/census
📞 No Call

🏥 Practice Setting:
Acute Care Hospital – APPs support inpatient coverage, outpatient clinic, and OR assistance in a busy neurosurgery/neuro-trauma service line.

🧠 Position Highlights:
• Heavy neuro-trauma exposure
• Inpatient census: 8–15 patients/day
• Outpatient census: ~20/day split with attending
• APPs assist with surgical drain removal
• Epic EMR
• First assist preferred (NPs require RNFA if assisting)

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years Neurosurgery experience
• MUST have BOTH inpatient & outpatient experience
• MUST have Level 1 trauma experience
• Neuro-trauma experience required
• BLS & ACLS required
