We are seeking a Neurosurgery NP/PA for an ongoing assignment in San Francisco, California.

Start Date: August 2026
Contract Length: 20 weeks
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts weekly plus one 8-hour shift every other week
Practice Setting: Hospital
Assignment Details:
• Inpatient spine service only (no OR responsibilities)
• Manage post-operative spine patients including discharges and care coordination
• Patient volume: 30–40 patients per day shared across APPs and residents
• Academic setting with high-volume spine service
• Epic EMR
• Focus on discharge planning, consult coordination, and inpatient management
License: Active California License Required (open to licensing for PA)
Requirements:
• NP or PA required
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient experience (academic center preferred)
• Must have spine/neurosurgery experience
• Experience managing post-op spine patients required
• BLS required
• DEA required (CA with Schedule II)
