This is a large 600+ bed facility featuring a comprehensive certified stroke center serving adult patients only. The facility supports a well-established neurosurgery practice with 4 neurosurgeons and 4 advanced practice providers, offering a strong team environment and robust departmental support with a 16-bed department.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice (PA) - Physician Assistant - Neurosurgery

Job Details:

• Immediate need for an experienced Neurosurgery PA to join a well-established neurosurgery practice
• This is a call-only position with call-back hours of 9:00pm - 7:30am Monday through Thursday
• Work alongside a team of 4 neurosurgeons and 4 advanced practice providers serving adult patients only
• Expected patient encounters per shift: 10
• Active Florida license required; licensed in FL or IMLC eligible to bid
• Current board certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an advanced practice provider in Neurosurgery required
• Local candidates preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: up to 120 days
• Nearest airport: Tampa International Airport
• Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing
