Aya Locums is seeking a Neurosurgery APP in Western Washington.

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: August 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts
• Call Requirements: Occasional Weekend Call: 12 hour shifts
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Patients Per Day: 10
• Patient Age Group: Adult
• Job Details: Trauma Level III Facility

Requirements:
• State License: Active WA license NOT required
• Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS
• Credentialing: 30-60 days
